  • Saturday Morning Shabbat Service,
    Hybrid, 9:00 AM

An enriching morning to be experienced first hand.
Saturday Morning Shabbat Service , Congregation Ahavat Olam
Live at the 'Shull@1600' and online via Zoom

The traditional cantorial chant is a unique “Jewish” sound known as Nusach, and it is referred to as Misinai, the tunes we received at Mount Sinai. We are fortunate to have a Rabbi who is also a knowledgeable Cantor, specializing in chanting both the traditional Nusach, as well as Torah and Haftarah tropes. A vibrant contemporary Torah discussion follows the service, engaging everyone to participate and contribute.

Our sincerest thanks to Rabbi/Cantor Idan, who masterfully combines tradition with modern chanting. Congregation Ahavat Olam is one of the few synagogues in the area able to offer such an experience to our members and guests. We urge that if you haven’t already experienced our Shabbat morning service firsthand, you come to join us in person or virtually. The service starts at 9:00 AM and is over by 10:30 AM.

This hybrid Saturday morning Shabbat Service is held via Zoom online and on-site at Osgood, the ‘Shul@1600’.
