Guiding Principles

Our values are rooted in tikkun olam — the belief that each of us has a role in helping to mend and strengthen our world.

Community begins with connection. Guided by the teaching “Kol Israel arevim ze baze,” and the belief that all of Israel is responsible for one another, we strive to create a place where every person feels welcomed, valued, and included.

We believe our differences enrich us. By welcoming diverse perspectives, experiences, and voices, we strengthen our congregation and deepen our understanding of one another.

Participation creates belonging. Whether through worship, learning, music, celebration, service, leadership, or conversation, every member has the opportunity to contribute and help shape our community.

As the Music Shul of Merrimack Valley and beyond, we see music as more than tradition — it is connection. Through shared song and meaningful experiences, we bring generations together and create moments of joy, reflection, and spiritual connection.

Together, we honor tradition, embrace one another, and continue building a Jewish community grounded in belonging, participation, and everlasting love.
